To ensure a safe experience for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines when using the Hugpoint app and services.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent account suspension.
Respectful Behavior
We expect all users to treat each other with respect.
The following behaviors are not allowed on Hugpoint:

- Abusive or aggressive behavior

Prohibited Content

Child Safety and Protection
Hugpoint has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSEA).
The platform is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Attempts to contact minors through the platform
- Sharing or requesting sexual content involving minors
Accounts involved in such activities will be permanently banned and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
If you believe a user may be under the age of 18 or engaging in harmful behavior, please report the account through the in-app reporting system.
Safety When Meeting in Person
Hugpoint helps people connect, but users should always prioritize their personal safety.
When meeting someone in real life, we recommend:
- Meeting in public places
- Informing a trusted friend or family member about your plans
- Avoiding sharing sensitive personal information too early
- Trusting your instincts and ending interactions if you feel uncomfortable
Users are responsible for their own interactions and decisions when meeting others offline.
Reporting and Blocking Users
If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, you can use the tools available in the app:
- Report – submit a report about a user or content that violates these guidelines
- Block – prevent a user from contacting or interacting with you
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and may result in actions against accounts that violate these guidelines.
Moderation and Enforcement
Hugpoint reserves the right to review reported content and user behavior.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take actions including:
- Removing content
- Issuing warnings
- Limiting account functionality
- Temporarily suspending accounts
- Permanently banning users from the platform
These measures help maintain a safe and respectful community for all users.
Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to improve user safety and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
